Founded in 2017, GGLC began as a corporate-focused legal consultancy, primarily supporting clients with company incorporation and regulatory compliance across the UAE. Our early commitment to precision and client success laid the foundation for the broader practice we provide today.

Recognizing the essential link between corporate activity and residency requirements, we expanded into Immigration & Residency Services providing seamless, end-to-end support for entrepreneurs, investors, and families establishing their lives in the UAE.

With over 120 new corporate clients established across IFZA, JAFZA, DWC, and mainland jurisdictions, 2023 represented significant acceleration in our business services. We also grew our practice to include Real Estate Law, supporting investors with secure and compliant property acquisitions in the UAE.

With the implementation of the UAE Federal Corporate Tax regime, we expanded our advisory capabilities to help businesses adapt smoothly to the new regulations. Our team introduced dedicated corporate tax compliance support and financial management services, ensuring that clients maintain strong reporting standards, reduce regulatory risk, and continue operating with full confidence in a changing legal landscape.

GGLC saw a major rise in high-value real estate work, including escrow arrangements, complex disputes, investment acquisitions, and multi-party property cases in Dubai. Our expanding real estate practice reflects our commitment to delivering precise and reliable guidance in one of the UAE’s most dynamic sectors.
