Rostislav Gordeev is the Founding Partner of GGLC and a leading expert in Corporate and Banking Law in the United Arab Emirates. With more than seven years of experience, he represents both local and international clients across onshore and free zone jurisdictions, guiding them through company establishment, restructuring, capital transactions, and complex regulatory matters.

Rostislav holds a Master’s degree in Private Business Law from Paris Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo in Canada. He is known for his commercial mindset, meticulous approach, and ability to translate UAE legal requirements into strategic, actionable advice that strengthens business growth and protects client interests.
